What kind of help can I get?
We help you search for rental apartments in Germany, contact landlords or real estate agents on
your behalf, and arrange viewing appointments. We also go through your lease agreement with you
and clarify any legal questions you may have as a tenant.
Is this service included in my membership?
With the Premium Membership, you get 3 hours of support free of charge. From the fourth hour onward, a fee of €35 per hour applies (VAT already included). Members having the Free Membership can access the same service at €49 per hour (VAT already included).
Can you help me even if I’m already living in Germany?
Absolutely! We help both newcomers and long-term residents who are looking for a new place to live in.
Will you find the flat for me or just send suggestions?
We’ll give you personalized tips and advice for your apartment search – and if you want, we’ll even reach out to landlords or real estate agents for you.
Do you work with real estate agents or landlords?
Yes, we collaborate with fellow members of the club and external agents who may have flats available. If needed, we’ll connect you with them.
How do I request this service?
