What is the points wallet?

The Expats Club Germany wallet is an internal credit system designed to benefit club members.

As a member, you may receive points in your account through different actions, such as welcome bonuses, referrals or other club initiatives.
These points are accumulated in your wallet and can be used exclusively as discounts on selected services available within the club.

Collect points

Receive points in your wallet through club actions such as welcome bonuses or referrals.

Request a service

Ask for information about any available service and receive a personalised quote.

Confirm & activate

Once you receive the quote, decide whether to activate your points.

Get your discount

Your points are applied as a discount to the final service cost.

Example

A service costs 200 €.
You have 100 points in your wallet.

You can activate your points after receiving the quote and get 100 € off your final invoice.

Important to know

Points can only be activated after you receive and review the service quote.

Once confirmed, points are considered used. If the service is not finally carried out, the points cannot be recovered.

No. Points are an internal credit and can only be used as discounts on available services.

Yes. You can request and confirm a service for a third person through your Expats Club account and use your points as a discount.

Please activate your points only when you are sure you want to proceed with the service.

Conditions

  • Right to modify the points system
    Expats Club Germany reserves the right to modify, expand or update the wallet system and the allocation of points at any time, without prior notice.

  • Service availability
    Points can only be used for the services that are available in the wallet at the time of use.

  • Not combinable with other promotions
    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

  • Insufficient balance
    If the available points do not cover the total cost of the service, the remaining amount must be paid directly to the service provider.

  • Validity and expiration
    Some points may be subject to specific conditions or expiration periods, which will be communicated in each case.
