Post in the forum with the type of apartment you’re looking for — size, price, location, and move-in date. Other members often share tips or apartments they’re leaving.Direct help from our team:
Fill out the form and we’ll support you personally in your search. After an initial call, we’ll get in touch with real estate agents to find offers that match your needs. We’ll send you a selection by email and help you schedule viewing appointments.
Finding an apartment in Germany can be stressful, especially if you’re new to the country or don’t speak the language. That’s why we offer a personalized Flat Search Service for Expats Club Germany members. We support you through the entire process of renting a flat — from contacting landlords or real estate agents, to booking viewings and helping with paperwork like your Schufa or personal letter.
This service is available for all cities or regions in Germany, and focuses exclusively on rental properties (furnished or unfurnished, temporary or long-term).
You find listings that interest you — we take care of the rest.
We contact the agent or owner, request viewings, and support you with all communication in German. You choose how much help you need — we work by the hour, and you decide how long we support you. The first invoice is sent after 3 hours max, so you always stay in control.

We handle the arrangements if you want us to.
What exactly does the service include?
We contact landlords or agents for listings you choose, arrange viewings, handle communication in German, help with documentation (Schufa, application letters, etc.), and offer advice throughout the process.
What if I don't find a suitable flat?
We support you, but we can’t guarantee results. Like a lawyer can’t promise to win a case — we assist, but we don’t make final decisions.
Do you help with rental paperwork?
Yes, we help with Schufa, recommendation letters, etc.
How long does it take to find options?
You search for flats online, and we take over from there (contacting, arranging visits, etc.).
Can you help with furnished or short-term flats?
Yes, any type of rental.
Can I set a maximum budget or specific conditions?
We don’t guarantee results, but you can tell us your preferences. Billing is always by the hour.
Is finding a flat guaranteed?
No. We provide support, not results. The final decision is always up to the landlord or agent.
Can I cancel the service anytime?
Yes. After each hour consumed, you can decide whether to continue or stop.
Can I request this service more than once?
Yes, you can use it as many times as needed.
Do you offer advice on neighborhoods and areas?
Yes, we guide you if you want, but you choose the area you’re interested in.
